Check-in is guaranteed after 3pm. Early check-in opportunities may be assessed on the day of arrival, based on availability.

Keys must be returned by 11am. Late check-out up to 1pm is based on availability and carries a fee of $30. After 2pm, you’ll be subject to the full night’s room rate + tax.

Well-behaved pups are always welcome (limit two per room, no size/breed restrictions). A $50 cleaning fee will be added to your reservation for each dog. Dogs must be on a leash at all times in common areas and are not to be left alone in the rooms or on back patios.

Yes, the property provides one parking space per room. You’ll receive a parking pass at check-in to display on your dash.

Smoking is restricted to the designated area near the corner of 5th and Spring Street. Smoking in your room or on the patio could result in a $250 fee. (That goes for vaping, too!)

No, but as a Farmhouse guest, you have the opportunity to enjoy the 21-and-over-only pool + hot tub at our sister hotel, River Lodge, located just down the road!

Day passes are available at a rate of $35/person and include all-day access (9am - 10pm) to the pool deck, plus a 10% off voucher for the poolside restaurant, Ciao Papi. To purchase, just visit the Front Desk at River Lodge and bring the ID of the guest on file here at Farmhouse and a credit card.
